Spanning 2,500 sqft. across two floors, this project retrofits a 75 year old bungalow into a flagship café-bakery for one of India's leading home grown coffee brand. Designed in the city’s heart, it creates intimate nooks and layered spaces that invite visitors to unwind, socialize, or shop.

We began by paying homage to Subko’s original brand identity, starting with the signature Subko green.

The palette was grounded in materials such as teak, marble, metal mesh and the existing red oxide flooring.
